Detail Explanation of Each Subject :
- History: The main focus lies on Indian and Chinese history. The course focuses on the times of Shivaji right up to Independence.
- Economics: You will be introduced to the concepts of market mechanisms of demand and supply in your given social, political and economical environment.
- Psychology: This encompasses an introduction into the study of human behaviour. Every aspect, from physiological to complex social dynamics, will be covered. Different schools of psychology, their proponents and theories are another area of focus.
- Political Science: This subject looks into the workings of the Indian Constitution, along with a brief preview of India's foreign policies.
- Philosophy: An introduction to the various schools of philosophy is what mainly constitutes this course.
- Logic: The course begins with an introduction to the two kinds of reasoning: deductive and inductive reasoning. Concepts such as premise, argument and laws of logic will also be studied.
- Sociology: An introduction to the concerns that plague our society such as unemployment, poverty etc. Theories of sociologists on different sections of Indian society, along with a look into the religions of the world, will be covered.
- Physical Education: Is "education through the physical". It aims to develop students' physical competence and knowledge of movement and safety, and their ability to use these to perform in a wide range of activities associated with the development of an active and healthy lifestyle
- Fine Arts: Work in specialized areas such as visual arts, creative writing, filmmaking, dance, or theatre/performing arts
- Computer Science: Is the study of computers and computational systems. Unlike electrical and computer engineers, computer scientists deal mostly with software and software systems; this includes their theory, design, development, and application
